Not sure about Metal but for punk and hardcore then you cant go wrong with All Ages Records on Pratt Street in Camden, tidy little shop which I only discovered a couple of years ago

Resurrection records always used to be my go to for all things Industrial/Goth but they had a pretty decent Metal section as well, alas they packed up the shop in April epic sad face
