Purchased the other day from eBay, used for two rides and it doesn't work for me.

Sold on eBay as 'ex display' only sign of wear is the 'Kium' sleeve on the rails is scuffed slightly.

Just want what I paid, I'll stick it back on eBay this weekend if no interest.

I wear a size small in classic bib shorts but probably fall between S/M. Looking to get a pair of pro teams, should I size up or stick with small?

Can anyone recommend some hydration drinks (tablets/powder) that are suitable for a sensitive stomach!? Currently using High5 tablets which are nice but I'm sure they're giving me a dodgy belly out on rides. Try to avoid using energy gels and stick to bars for the same reason (but feel more 'energy boost' from the gels) so any good gel suggestions would be good too.

So in theory, if you were riding in an urban area with lots of start/stop with lights, traffic etc. this would drop you average speed down quite a bit. You would then set your auto pause to eg. 3mph to allow for the crawling speeds in traffic, does it work like that?

Probably asked before but... what speed do people have their auto pause set to or not at all? How does changing the pause speed affect your average speed?

Can anyone tell me what bottom bracket I'll need for a Canyon Ultimate 2016? Looking at a Praxis chainset (BB30) but not sure if it'll fit? (useless with this kind of stuff!)

*EDIT I've done some more research and looks like it won't fit, possibly with an adaptor? I'm not a fan of the Shimano chainsets and want to change to something else, what are my options for an easy swop?

I'm after a 1 1/4 stem, preferably Canyon brand but open to others. I have an 80mm or 100mm to swap if need be.
