Whether you keep it depends on how close to the edge you ride. If you like going fast and close I'd get a new frame but if you are careful it will probably last for years. Try taking the part of paint which has cracked if there is cracking below then replace but if is just a little bent don't worry. the paint job looks like powder coating this paint tends to be fairly brittle. The forks are a defo for replacement as the only way to get them to steer well again is to bend them back this work hardens the steel and makes it more brittle.

Re~Cycle now has 5 bike and part drop-off points in London, thanks to Action Bikes, who have five stores in Central/West London.
Building on the already successful parts recycling scheme they run for us, members of the public can now drop off not only bikes but any spare parts with a bit of life left in them. This is completely free service there is no obligation to make a purchase in store, although I am told they do like to receive biscuits ;0) Re~Cycle does ask donors of bikes to also donate some money, so we can run the charity - please and thank you (in-store or online)
So... If you're in West London and you have a neglected steed that can be put to a second use, there is no excuse. Get yourself down to Action Bikes and hand it over! While you are in the mood to tidy up, what about taking those tyres you don't use and those pedals? Inner tubes with a hole in are very much needed, please.
They will go to Isis young offenders prison to be refurbished, prior to shipping to Africa.Action Bikes shops can be found here - http://www.actionbikes.co.uk/shops.html
Or you can find your nearest drop off using our UK bike re-use project map - http://www.re-cycle.org/node/154?maxDistance=20&postcode=london

It was in my house I turned round as I walked out of the kitchen trying to listen to a joke tripped and whalloped my head on a cupboard out clean, interesting whilst it happens but painful later on like now. Isn't helped by me coming off my single speed today front brake worked to well took my straight over the handle bars lucky I did not knock myself out again.

Wen,
I only wrote because some people who shall remain nameless said "oh that sounds really interesting" then didn't turn up but luckily I have my membership list and despite some regulars not coming we still got 22. I booked all the nights for next year last night as well so looks like the Bicycle Film Society has hit a critical mass of people attending.

Hackney Bicycle Film Society Show
Tomorrow **Monday 12th December
The Cyclist
**This remarkable film from the Iranian "new wave" mixes Sydney Pollack's dance marathon film "They Shoot Horses Don't They" with a good deal of Fellini-esque imagery to produce a distinctly Iranian social critique. Director Mohsen Makhmalbaf retells a story from his youth in which a poor man raises money by riding a bicycle for days without a rest. In this film, made in 1987, the man is a poor, unemployed Afghan refugee with a hospitalized wife. Rescued by his young son from committing suicide by being run over by a truck, he allows himself to be billed as a one-man circus act, riding in a circle for a week while a crowd gathers, wagering on his ability to endure to the end.
As always the night's film will be proceeded short films on a theme related to the main film
