Vince just as well to stick with the 7 speed as the dishing is not the problem but the force exerted on the axle which tends to snap it even with 7 speed hence the emergence of integral ratches which enables the bearings to be located nearer the frame.
I have several two prong removal tools (different varieties) you can borrow PM me I live in Rotherhithe

The September show of the Hackney Bicycle Fillm Society will be Overcoming details below.
We have decided that this could be our penultimate show, audiences have been dwindling over the last couple of months with only eight coming to the last two shows we think the HBFS is something pretty special and unique but if people are not coming then it becomes unsustainable so if we do not get improved attendances for September and October then October will be our last show.
Overcoming: Profound and penetrating insight into the hermetically closed world of professional cycling. With former pro rider, Tour de France winner Bjarne Riis as the protagonist, the documentary follows him and his new Team CSC as they strive for the impossible: to become the world's best and win the Tour de France.
Trailer: Jens Voigt Overcoming Clip - YouTube
Unless otherwise stated all events occur at
Calthorpe Arms,
252 Grays Inn Road
London WC1x 8JR and start
Prompt at 7:30

Not sure who the photo is by but here's the story behind it http://www.airforce-magazine.com/MagazineArchive/Pages/1993/January%201993/0193tonopah.aspx
Niave, glory seeking twaddle every mark on that aeroplane's cockpit is a mark of death, of generally totally innocent people trying to keep their lives together in a harsh world. This picture does not in anyway earn the credit to be placed in picture of the day.

History of the GJZ
The history of the German Jungle Zebra (Gee Jay Zee) ride is that Adam used to live in a communal house in Stoke Newington he just moved out couple of weekends gone. Anyway a group of Germans come to stay every year to attend Notting Hill Carnival, listen to Dub Music and hang out.Kate who also lived in the house encouraged them to attend Critical Mass which generally co-incides with Carnival. Adam had already started the Zebra's ride again thing and it fitted well with the Germans coming. This year carnival does not co-incide with Critical Mass so Adam and Kate thought it would be a great idea to organise a special ride for the 10 odd Germans who will be coming plus anyone else who might want to join them.
