Luxembourg are announcing a state of emergency. Not considerably different measures than already announced except they’ve closed parks and other meeting places.
In “dickhead of the week” news; a medical shipment for the country was hijacked so the army (both of them) are now guarding all medical shipments here

Germany has, without warning, closed its borders with Luxembourg for all non-essential travel (effectively work and delivery I assume), France seems about to follow suit. Here all schools etc are shut, bars and cafes shut, restaurants are delivery-only, and most companies have some form of working from home (we were about 4 at work today) but the supermarket panic seems to have stopped.
Lucky, I guess, that it's a very small country and it's all a bit more manageable as even draconian measures can't impact THAT many people. It's sunny though and I've seen loads of people out walking or cycling in the forests and countryside so it's not all negative.

Probably not helped that MS announced that the free tier was getting advanced features
