Yeesh, much google image searching later.. looks like the non-eTap connector has this angled banjo, not inline with the hose end eg

None of the Jagwire kits match - thought the HFA207 was close at first. The hose currently connected has those connectamajig things but I don't have the other (male) side and they're OEM only so again, back to square one. I don't need this build until Spring so plenty of time to keep an eye out for discounted full sram hose.

Is Avid (which one?) the same as regular non-eTap SRAM HRD? Looking at https://jagwire.com/products/hydraulic-hose/mountain-pro-quick-fit-adaptor-kits

Looks like Jagwire only sell "quick fit" hose connectors for eTap and S900 SRAM road. Neither of those will work for Apex1, right? SRAM hoses are $40 each :(

Listening to Boris' customs plan, I can't think of a project less likely to succeed than a brand new government IT system with no precedent in the world, politically motivated and spanning governments, countries, land masses and unions (all of the above) not to mention a necessarily aggressive time frame. I doubt the current Senate would even hold the trial, let alone convict. It seems this investigation is more about forcing Republican reps to go on record endorsing Trump's actions via vote. Remains to be seen if that's a winning strategy or will backfire badly..

It's the preliminary stage, makes it a formal investigation so they have a pretext to issue subpoenas etc. They may decide to hold a vote on impeachment which (I think) requires just a simple majority. If that passes, the president is impeached (as was Clinton). Then the Senate is supposed to hold a kind of trial with a judge, prosecution and defense followed by a vote on whether to convict which requires 2/3rds to pass. Given the current Senate it's pretty unlikely they'll hold the trial let alone vote to convict - afaik no president has ever been convicted following impeachment.

I got one of those wipperman chains with the weird quick link, and it doesn't seem to need piers or other tricks. Have had it apart a few times for waxing and it just pops apart by hand. Maybe different if crudded up with grit and old lube I don't know.
