Pray explain?
Do you really think that wearing a helmet enables you to take the risk of hitting the roof of the car park deck?
Haha no. I mean in general. For example with wallrides but really anything. When I used to BMX I would NEVER attempt anything without a helmet, because you're that much closer to the ground and to falling.

you know, I already been saving up for a new frame, right now I have my eyes on the Bob Jackson/BLB one, and decided that my next project will be a proper quality bike, while I have my Bianchi as my rat bike.
Lurker, if I were you, since you got the Pug, you might as well start gathering stuff to build your next bike, and since you have a current bike, you don't need to be in a rush to finish building the next bike.
try and save up as much as you can for a decent frameset, and then afterware you can slowly build up your bike.
Words of wisdom have been spoken.
Depending on how early you want yoru new bike will also depend on how much you are willing to spend?
Btw, how tall are you Phil? Without the helmet+hair ;) -

OH be quiet with your so called Edumacation. If he thinks he's coming he thinks he's coming.
YEAH PHIL!
[quote=Rosmal;511922]In the non sex way, because i can almost guarantee but not prove that is what about 62% of you were thinking about.
Wtf? 98% at least, the 2% being any kind of female being on this forum.

- frame and fork are included, and you can use the bianchi fork of your on the fuji.
- swap the headset from the Pug, there you go.
- go for a Surgino crankset and BB, which cost 65 quid from Condor, Condor sell them the cheapest.
it¡s simplier than you think.
So Phil, no pressure but..
All together Pluuuug pluuug pluuuug pluuuuug!

Well both of your posts make sense! The fluffy guy was cool when I knew you cus it didn't mean what it might to someone who doesnt know you.
I'm not sure about changing the frameset. It would end up costing a lot seeing as I would need:
-the frame
-forks, stem, headset
-cranks, bottom bracket
-need a new rear wheel already anywayThat would all add up and I'd probably end up spedning a few hundred that I dont have. I suppose if I found a good deal for someones old frame/fork/headset/stem then it might be worth it.
I reckon you could ge the frame and fork for about £150
EDIT: quick ebay search: http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/charge-plug-frame-fixie-track-bike-fixed-small_W0QQitemZ160314978905QQcmdZViewItemQQptZUK_sportsleisure_cycling_bikeparts_SR?hash=item160314978905&_trksid=p3286.c0.m14&_trkparms=72%3A1229|66%3A2|65%3A12|39%3A1|240%3A1318
It's a small but gives you an idea.Don't know about Cranks or BBs but I'm sure you can find something somewhere.
Stem and bars I have and will part with for a tenner.
Headset is likely to come with the frame (maybe even the BB)
Rear wheel I may part with by the end of month.
I mean it's up to you but Plug's are the way to go imho :P

^^HAHA. Trust me I'm broke as fuck. It's pure fantasizing..although I do have an easily accessible £200 odd quid somewhere >> <<.
Truth is I am a hipster at heart. White wheels are calling out to me as you can tell from my other parts. Most significantly though is my desire to learn how to build wheels. I feel it's something I really want to learn especially as it can be done fairly cheaply..formula hubs £40 from velomax, Deep Velocity for circa £40 + spokes. It's still a big investment for me but dampening the hole in my pocket by selling my rear wheel deffinitely sounds enticing, especially if it helps a fellow Philenger. :D^^^Fuck what an essay O_O
