hey mate i go to stockwell and just cruise
love old school style riding and could never do tricks
i have cruiser / longboar di had custom built by these guys in newquay;
http://www.airjam.co.uk/skateboards_longboards.htm
i basically called and said i needed something hat replicated snowboarding / surfing on the ground but was transportable enough to be used for commuting etc
i had been through an original 70's plastic board which i restored
then i restored an 80's board (a generic board but loved the colours /graphics) i did the crazy griptape
before i invested in my current board
some shit photos but gives u the ideabeen enjoying reading this thread im keen to meet up and hit stockwell, brixton bikes is right there too,
i tend to go really early before people half my age and more skilled than i will ever be get up, i just cruise around in the empty park choosing the best lines its great funAwesome man, if you ever wanna go for a ride there, grab my number from the private section and call me. Btw you not been going to the trixie sessions?
Also, the board I got is completely bear, do I need to treat it with anything?

Haha nice. Should I make an animated avatar showing all the bikes you have gone through? Send me the pics and I"ll sort you out :D
Good session albeit cut short for pub session. Chips over baggels ftw!
Also, as I arrived home and checked my emails, turns out I got an offer from New York University!!! WOO

Right so I've decided to build it up myself from eBay.
Also with the help of 'rent funding my budget has inflated a tad..
