Sturmey Archer spacer available from most bike shops fitted between right hand cup and frame will bring it out 2mm.....should do the trick!

take the millimetre measurement between two chainring bolt holes then times 1.7 for a five arm crank spider or 1.4 for a 4 arm et voila!

that looks like a Holdsworth "Claud" the original ones built up to 1957 are worth a bit to collectors (especially the track Olympic Sprint) but then Holdsworth bought the marque after they went bankrupt and continued trading on the success of the name even though they were a less quality build

....would buy if they are for sale!
