First what cogs and freewheel do i buy to fit the different sized threads on the hub?

I have purchased some bullhorn bars for my lemond fillmore, but I am slightly confused as what lever to buy and where to position.
Was thinking i might position on the top of the bars next to the stem, rather than on the horn of the bars. Which is the better position? Or is it just up to the individual?

Had a quick look at the list of lists.
Wanted for first build project so don't really want to spend too much, but would like quite light wheels and white hubs and rims.
What wheels are recommended for £200 for a pair.

Not had chance to test one yet, still enjoying the chase ;)
Also thinking about a Fuji track, as it seems such a bargain.

hi would like to buy a fixed (flip flop hub) bike for winter duties want to spend on more than £400 really looking at Fuji track, specialized Langster.
Any body ride these or can suggest another?
Can any body advise what size i need, i'm thinking 49cm largest as I am 5'3" girly inside leg 29".
