I'll probably flip the stem.. Concorde in the background is also a Current Project as in beater runaround.. And the flash on the front wheel is because the guy I bought the wheel from found it a safe idea to add some reflective tape on the two silver spokes in the wheel.. I'll run it like that in the beginning.. Will probably upgrade to a pair of 24/32 Macks when I feel like treating myself.. But take will take a while a) financial and b) queue time at Mack wise..

Filing increases the radius of curvature of the join between the crank arm and the spider; crack propagation is increased dramatically when this radius is very small. If the cracks themselves are small enough, and you nip them in the bud by filing and producing that nice curved join, then I think it is a plausible solution. Would be very difficult to tell how far the cracks have developed by eye though, and this is a very rough workaround.

On-one hubs, silver, double fixed.

(Brand new in July)on
**Open Pros, black. **

(Front rim new in July and lightly braked on, rear is used and the braking surface is done for, but obviously ok for fixed)http://www.lfgss.com/picture.php?albumid=589&pictureid=8547
Can't remember what spokes I used, but these are also silver and were also brand new in july.
Haven't got a camera to take recent pics, but they're in pretty good nick, nice shiny hubs and spokes. Rear rim does look used. Basically a slightly dirtier version of the photo.
£90, collection from Whitechapel.
