I got an email that the Partagas shorts shipped yesterday as well.
James, I will probably reorder some of those Mag 46 in the near future. They are a very good smoke and a nice size to spend some time with.
Dale, sorry to keep hasslin ya man, but is there any chance I could take another 5 Cohiba Siglo II's for a friend?

I doubt I could find them to order for cheaper than google would give you. I will be going to the States in March and could check prices there. I'm sure they would be cheaper but to be honest I have no idea what cigars go for there now with the new schip tax.
I haven't had those particular smokes, but I have had Davidoff Zinos. They are gorgeous cigars and impeccably rolled; the construction is always spot on. The flavour is very consistent as well but they are very mild, and I found them to be a bit bland really.
I don't know of anyone who stocks up on these kind of smokes, rather they are sold to people who go into cigar shops and buy the most expensive smoke because that would be the 'quality' one. Taste is subjective and all, but that's been my experience with them and what I gather from other cigar smokers.
If you're looking for a good non-Cuban cigar try to find the Padron Anniversary series either 1964 or 1926 or the Arturo Fuentes. I prefer Padron to Fuente but both have their fans.
I'll take your advice on this one then, you were spot on with the Magnum 46's, I really do like those, any chance you'll be ordering anymore of those soon....or fancy flogging me a couple?

If you wanna lighten the bike further try one of the KHE lightweight tyres up back, and their offroad equivalent up front, should offer a significant weight saving, and makes a huge difference to the way the bike handles/can be thrown about.
Then take the front brake set up off, cut the fork steerer tube a little bit, remove a few headtube spacers, that lot combined should save a nice chunk of weight off of the bike without compromising durability. -
After looking at a pic of your bike above, I would say Black Gusset Open Prison handlebars in your colour of choice, Odssey elementary BMX stem in black, bar/stem combo sorted.
Try a lightweight bmx seatpost chopped down as much as you can, my old Demolition Johnson post was amazing, wayyy lighter than the Thomson too ;)
and a lighter seat. -
If you want 28-32C or over I would say go with the Randos, anything smaller and I guess schwalbes, contis or Refuse are a good choice, I have no experience of the Refuses, all schwalbe tyres i've used have been great, and they just work exactly as they say they will, Contis are good but they do not last long at all from my experiences, and the sidewalls are weaker than a wet rizla.

Bombing down the side of a mountain in Austria through untouched powder, just me and my board.
Whats the coolest trick you have ever done on your fixed-gear bike, either by accident or on purpose?
