Are you sure the reg number is correct?
If you put it into http://www.askmid.com/ownvehicle/ you can check what car it is and also if it is insured.
LR50 WFZ - Not on Database (means it's not insured)
LR05 WFZ - is a Nissan Micra -

Hi All,
Have just bought myself a Ventura (Bike Fix) hub, and am looking at getting it built, so am in the process of buying spokes.
I only have very rudimentry measuring tools -so I was wondering if anyone out there has already measured their hubs and can confirm (or deny) my measurements.
Spoke hole diameter = 48mm
centre to left flange = 56mm
centre to right flange = 54mmI really don't trust my own measurements - so would be good if someone had already done it!
Cheers

http://www.cyclesofyesteryear.com/cycleshop/sparepart.htm
Does bog standard 36h ones for £30 - he is based in Surbiton, so easy enough to pick up.
(be careful with that wheel size - they come in two ERD if I remember correctly!)
I also have a second hand one floating about at home (bit rusty) for cheap if thats any help.

Might be worth finding a thread by Kingcutter, he was selling DP18 wheels on silver or black for £90 a pair I think!

I'm just going to piggy back on the end of this....
I have £600 to spend on a mountain bike, just to mess about on trials and things like that, so nothing too hardcore, so definetely hard-tail.
Heres the catch, to get it through my cycle to work scheme, I have to use Evans, any reccomendations, I have no idea on components at all.

Still jealous
me too, fuming
Lucky lucky man. Just building that would be amazing.
Indeed it was really amazing to get to unwrap it all and build it, original 1972 inner tubes ftw!
My have to change the brake blocks though, came down the hill this morning with absolutely no stopping power.
Just needs an Aerospoke and you're off......
I was actually tempted to borrow a spok to put on it, just to take a photo and see the reaction!

Had exactly the same problem with Tommy our cat....
We found a combination of Foil and double sided tape did the trick as they hate to touch both of those.
Also as already mentioned they are complete creatures of habit, and as soon as you let them in he will realise that it will work every time!
Our cat has learnt to sneak into the bedroom and hide under the bed without us knowing - to the point that this morning I woke up with his face less than an inch away from my face, I thought I was being attacked by a giant cat!
Good luck though, it took a good month of ignoring his calls, to get him out of the habit.
Actually the best method I read about was filling an big oblong tub with water and making a moat, which is fine until you forget it is there in the morning......
