Totally understand if you want rid of it complete and I know splitting just makes the situation longer but I may be interested in the wheels if you do EVER decide to split.

Chainring smashed into the frame, chainring bent, multiple dents, wheels wobbling like jelly on a plate, biggest dent in frame where it hit the bar it was resting on. That kinda thing

On Sunday night in Kingston Upon Thames, my bike was smashed around by someone after a fight broke out between people I was with, and people he was with. My bike was directly outside Kingston police station all on camera. He knew I was at the same place earlier at the same time and saw my bike as my transport home and something that meant something to me, as I asked him to step away from it.

After being held back while he had a go at it, the young lad was arrested for "criminal damage"

He pleaded guilty in the little interview he had while I gave my statement.
He is now going to a court case to "officially" plead guilty, then he will be charged.
He has a history with the police this is why it is going to court.

I have a crime number in order to get in contact with my insurance, but in previous history of goods being stolen and insurance has paid out, the quote a year on has rocketed due to my claim. I do not want this to happen again.

Because I have my bike back, and he has pleaded guilty, cant his insurance be evolved in paying out?

What if he has no insurance, what happens then?
Where can I can funding from (if I can get any if this is the case)
If he does has insurance how do I go out contacting them etc.

Any advise would be great has I have never done this kind of thing before.

(I am containing myself still from expressing my true anger towards this fucking behaviour I hope you can all appreciated)
