Trying to get my polo bike finished and I need the following for cheapy cheap cheap:

Wheels - Either 700c or 27" (would prefer 700c), must be clinchers, rear must be fixed.
Front brake - V brake or dual pivot, if dual pivot it must be the type with just a plain nut on the back not one of the modern type long round internally threaded nut.

Chain - 3/32 chain, I know they are cheap but I'm on a budget.
