how much steerer you need? got some stock equilibrium forks, so carbon / alloy. but with mudguard mounts and I think will clear 32s.

Not according to my policy docs but yours might be different.

I have a 8 speed nexus, think it's 36 holes and a bar end shifter that you could have for cheaps if you fancy that.

Hub and shifter are untested by me, but look to be in good condition.

£40 for hub and £25 for shifter. Think i might also have a grip shift shifter somewhere which you could have for free.

we've got all our bikes on admiral too.

The thing i'm concerned about is damage from a crash etc.
