"For days, two questions have been burning in relation to the allegations concerning a BBC star: do they amount to a crime, and why isn't he being named by journalists?"
https://www.bbc.com/news/entertainment-arts-66165766 - 1 day ago (prior to statement being released identifying the person)
The individual in their early 20s was first contacted anonymously by the male presenter on a dating app.
Was definitely common before the name was released, and even explicitly so. It may well have started from the original article (I'm not giving the publication any clicks so have not read it to be fair). Just stuck out as odd.
I mean it's not like it's going to pinpoint the person in question (I don't really have a decent idea of the percentage of presenters that are male), but it stuck out to me and it didn't seem to be mentioned anywhere. Especially as it wasn't discussed in relation to the person providing the photos.

I found it odd that despite the whole thing about them not wanting to divulge any info that might led to them being identified, they were constantly referred to by "he" as opposed to "they".
It was done for the person sending the pictures to the point that I just assumed they were female until it was explicitly mentioned that they were male.

Thanks for the suggestions folks!
I've been scouring around for a week or two and there seems to be very little that really fits what I'm after (I guess it's probably better to just get a large and a small bag as opposed to one that can do both well). At this point I think I'm just going to see about getting the old Restrap repaired, mostly exterior wear and a rip so hopefully easily mendable

Looking for a replacement for my old Restrap Highrise backpack.
(such fixie, many wow)

Decent sized rolltop (not sure on actual litre space, I'd guess 35), but can also be used as a much smaller backpack. Looks like they're no longer making backpacks but made something pretty much ideal previously in this: https://www.bikester.co.uk/restrap-commute-backpack-men-M474053.html

Anything else that's commonly available that fits the bill? Basically something I could use for an overnight work stay with a laptop and change of clothes without being bulky, but also cram full of stuff for a 1-2 week holiday.

but everyone (dev) will/should know some basic sql terminology and how that applies to their language of choice
This ^, and combined with examples like what have been shown above, will be much more valuable than giving the exact term. Which as you can see by the disagreement between several people who work in software in the previous responses, isn't really all that black & white.

I'd say it probably depends on who you're communicating with.
For something front-end, as Sumo says, field is probably a good option (especially if it's going to be part of an editable form or similar).
For DB folks, I'd say attribute is your best bet (or column name as above is a more explicit term).
For back-end you'd likely be talking about it in the context of it being a property of the client object. -
On a separate note, I just found out that there's an inbuilt 'caffeinate' function on OSX these days. No need to install third-party apps like Amphetamine anymore.

4 days, probably only 2 v60s per day for me. Boot space is probably going to be too tight (though packing my Niche into the boot of my MX-5 for a few days away would undoubtedly get a golf club thread entry based on recent events there).
Tried the hand-grinder today there and it does seem to be a fair step down in quality so leaning towards pre-ground at the moment.
Thanks for the input folks!

I wouldn't mess with it if the coffee is tasting good. Dry vs wet pucks are always a factor of headspace between the puck and shower screen in my experience, and has no impact or is any indicator of the coffee itself.
