Reluctantly I need to sell my favourite watches to fund finishing off my house extension...
Tudor Pelagos LHD M25610TNL-0001
2021 model in very good condition with the only significant marks on the clasp but I'm sure these could be removed easily. Full set including unused rubber bracelet. I purchased from eBay using the authenticity guarantee. £2750 including RM Special Delivery or possibly I can deliver to Euston stationSeiko Grand Seiko sbgx061 imported from Japan, full set including the current Two Stich Vintage leather strap its currently on. This is probably my favourite watch I've owned after my 16710 GMT2
Whilst its a quartz watch you really need to read up about them if you haven't already.

I would like £900 including RM Special deliveryCitizen PMD56-2951 again imported from Japan
Lovely watch made from titanium with a grey/green dial depending upon the lighting.
Full set and in excellent condition - I can't see a mark on it
£300I'll add some photos from my when I've found them and I'm happy to take further if required.

I’ve been a bit slack updating this but I’ve been progressing this on my own apart from getting someone in to skim the walls.
I’ve done everything else - first fix/second fix joinery, plasterboarding, second fix electrics, levelling screed and now putting the floor down.
All whilst working full time and separated with four children 4, 6, 8 and 10
I’m making excuses for why it’s not as impressive as all the other builds on here.
I just wanted it finished now….Photo dump:-

I'm currently trying to sell my LHD Pelagos on Chrono24. I've had an enquiry from someone in Switzerland who has asked for postage costs.
I would normally use Royal Mail Special Delivery but this appears to be UK only. Quick google and it looks like £136-£200 with £3000 insurance.
Anyone have any better options before I reply -

I had similar done on my extension plus one new radiator in the existing so a total of 6. The plumbers did the first fix and it took a day which included one going to the plumbers merchant which too 1-2 hours and then 2 hours sitting in the van to drag it out to a day.....
I did the second fix which took half a day.I would say 2-3 days at the most

I'm looking to sell my Viano, imported from Singapore and arrived 6 months ago, same spec as UK one apart from 3.5v6 petrol engine which I don't think they sold here?
Really clean underneath since it's not seen any UK winter/Salt on the roads. ULEZ compatible and £285 road tax due to being an import.
Let me know if anybody is interested, I'm hoping to get £12k but it's a hard one to price
