these look like Triomphe, but to my knowledge they were only double cranksets? i messaged the seller who replyed: It came off a track bike - there are no lips for a second ring.Thats all I can tell you.

i'm after some opinion on what to do with this frame.
its from the 50's apparently built by Rolfe's cycles in Koornang Road Carnegie (Melbourne).

fully respray/chromed lugs or clear coat the original paint to retain graphics?

hey just received delivery of a frame, shoved some bits on it to see how the land lies, and the bb looks incredibly low. i measured it and it is about 27cms definitely no more, my 70's gitane is 29 maybe 30cm bb height, bit concerned. anyway it's getting matte blacked so are there any people wanting to go in on a big armourtex lot, share the price?

oh and this is my first aluminium track frame and first with a precision cutaway, it is so light!

so...should i be concerned that my current project using a road frame will be a problem( COLNAGO MASTER X LIGHT)?

will a 165 crank provide enuff clearance? perhaps i should use speedplays as well???
