did last year's time in a 30m pool and would like to do this year's swim and beat my time in a 30m pool; hence the title of the thread.

i undrestand what your saying it gets really hard to swim in a 25m pool continiously for 1 hour+
but if you want to beat your time, then you will have a better chance in a 25 metre pool than a 30m, because turning is quicker than swimming

He fell and the car was clearly too close to him. Cars ought to allow for vehicles in front of them having to stop suddenly. The driver is almost certainly liable for any damage or injury. Clearly the driver knew this which is why he scarpered and which is why he has committed a criminal offence.

Which is why i am now kicking myself for not making an attempt to stop them
or atleast get a number plate

We didnt get any details about the car because i was too busy checking he and the bike were ok
and yeah his bike was fine
pos a little scratch or too and his old style brakes on the drops bent in a little

Yesterday Was Doing Laps Of Richmond Park With A Mate And About 1/3 Of The Way Through Our 1st Lap He Crashed Out
He Was Going Over One Of The Pedestrian Bits Where It Rises Up From The Road
And He Slipped On This
It Was Icy And His Front Wheel Just Slid Away
He Crached Onto The Road And Then A Car About 1 Metre Behind Didnt Stop Properly And Crashed Straight Into His Back
I Got Down To Pick Him Up And Get Him Out of the Road
And The Moment he Was Out of The Way
The Car Just Drove Off
All The People Around Said It looked Like The Car just Hit Him And Drove Off
I Presume This Has Happened To Alot of People? Not just In Richmond Park?
