As of last night I now have the somewhat dubious pleasure of being a member of the 'Run Dem Crew' alongside the forum's own Tika. Figured it's a good way to keep running after the marathon if I have somewhere close to work that I can get to easily to do some runs and after sitting through the introduction last night looks like a pretty sound group. certainly a lot more laughs than a traditional running club (of which they staunchly insist they are not).
Welcome. I've been running with them for the past two years. A really nice bunch of people. Come say hello if your there next tuesday. Im the tallish mixed race guy with an afro and thick rimmed glasses.

Anyone got thoughts on the Pono from Neil Young?
https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/1003614822/ponomusic-where-your-soul-rediscovers-music
Part from obvious design flaws, i'm curious
$399! Im assuming this doesn't include a suitable set of headphones/earphones?
This is obviously just aimed at a small demographic of audiophiles which doesn't really make a good business model.

This article has a few suggestions
http://www.theguardian.com/technology/askjack/2012/jun/14/digital-music-flac-sources.I have the Superuniti to and I burn CD's. It's little more time consuming but i've found it generally to be cheaper and you have access too a larger choice of artists.

I have four JBL Control 25 Speakers that used to me mounted in my man cave. Sadly I am having to move so I have no more use for these awesome little speakers.
They work perfecty and come fitted with the JBL wall mounting brackets. The cases to have a spot of paint on them but this is not visable from the front. I'd like £150 for all four or £75 a pair.

I have a pair of B&W P5s, they're really good. How are you finding the 7s? ... good I trust, by the fact you're selling the 25s.
HD25s are probably the most detailed and accurate closed back phones for the money. Also, they're tough as old boots.
The P7's are amazing. They don't have the bass punch of the HD25's but the clarity is sublime. My only issue is the cost. £290 is a lot.

Im looking to organise a group training session. Can anyone help. Centrally based.
