I need some advice. Our Freeholder has just requested we pay the insurance for the past year (Feb 2016-Feb 2017) However we only moved in, in May. Surely the freeholder should have billed the then owner? It's not a massive sum but the freeholder has been a bit of pain in the past so im reluctant to make his life easy!

Hey we have a sofa bed, nice armchair and a microwave.

We are based in Enfield and don't have access to a car though.

I like the idea but for me I need a more of a balance. I like stuff, buying stuff doing stuff, eating stuff, riding stuff. Even so I over pay my mortgage, I have a reasonable pension and I save a bit each month and that's on a modest income.

I understand your perspective but I've seen too many people postpone life for an imagined ideal only to realise things don't work out the way you hope.

Just collected my newly resprayed CAAD12. painted the forks black to tide me over until Fat Creations can squeeze me in. Waiting for the decals to arrive and then it'll be complete.

Im assuming that's secondhand prices. I'd want new one (purely for warranty issues). The M9 has no autofocus which is an issue.

Simply the cost. An M9 would be a dream but I can barely justify the Q let alone a M + lens.

Just something to have on me all the time. I love my 5D but I no longer carry a messenger bag all the time so its simply too big t lug around in my pocket or around my neck. I have a 35mm lens on my 5D so I thought the Q would be the logical step.
