oh my gosh. here's an idea for you body modders...
its called skin removal, they peel of the skin, you have to take off the scab for a good ammount of time, toget some nice scars.

its a german downhill mtb frame manufacturer, i dunno if they care about the welds, but i know what you mean :D
if i got one, i'd be tempted to get it raw, and sit there with a file for hours filing the welds smooth :)i think they indeed care about the welds
