Regents Park Hour of Power
The Route, Anticlockwise.Thursdays,1830hrs at the gate opposite York Bridge for an hour of speedy pedalling/pedestrian avoidance.
20mph+ average, but if you can't hold on, worry not! Lap times are between 1:30 and 1:45 so you won't have long to wait until the train comes around again, just hop on the back and keep on pedalling.
Possible slow lap after 10 miles for a bit of a chat and a gulp of water, but not for long. Stop at 1930hrs or 20miles, whichever comes sooner (it'll be the 20 miles)
Option to wind down on the outer circle after with the Rollapaluzas (I think) or bugger off to the Edinboro Castle for some carbo loading/calorie recovery. The List:

Its the length of Anerley that kills me, short/sharp is fine.
It's those fucking traffic lights on Anerley. They always go red just as you hit them.
So... were you guys planning to do this NEXT weds as in 21st? Not sure that's a good idea for me as I'll be crying up Swain's Lane the next evening.
I might have a little grimp up some of these roads tomorrow if anyone wants to join in.

This from the HighOnAir website:
"Baggage delays
In the case of baggage delay, the air carrier is liable for damage unless it took all reasonable measures to avoid the damage or it was impossible to take such measures. The liability for baggage delay is limited to 1,131 SDRs."
(http://www.ryanair.com/en/terms-and-conditions)Not sure what an SDR is,
SDR = Special Drawing Right - a currency-agnostic unit of money
Exactly. I like what Eurosport do with the interaction, emails, twitter, forum etc.
I even got a namecheck the other day. It was very exciting.
