I often forget this after riding fixed for a period. I then have to do that lifting the back wheel, changing gear, turning the pedals with one foot thing. Makes me look like a right turnip :(
Yet another reason why hub gears are superior to derallieurs. You can shift while stationary.
another is that "hub gears" is a damn sight easier to spell.

The song 'Sping-Heeled Jim' by Morrissey
Just given it a listen and it is not bad.
My personal post-smiths favourites are "I'm Not Sorry", "Irish Blood, English Heart", "My Life is an Endless Succession of People Saying Goodbye", "Alsatian Cousin", "Boy Racer", "Suedehead" and "Everyday is Like Sunday" and "Its Hard To Walk Tall When You're Small" -

So one more idea. I thought how nice Nervex Professional lugs would look as T shirt sleeve caps.

If it makes the cut obviously I will draw it all properly.
I suspect technically it may be impossible to print for reasonable cost.
but I think it's a good idea anyway. It would make a good cycling top too.Possibly the Nervex logo could be altered to read "London" with the fgss in there somewhere below.

"Jermyn Street" "shirtmakers".
Sellout operations masquerading 'neath the banners of forefathers, peddling shirts aimed directly at the only market that still thinks wearing one means anything - recruitment consultants with cockatoo haircuts and asian wideboys aspiring to the highlife.
Depends on the Shirtmaker.
Harvie & Hudson are a proper old school firm, the last to make their shirts in-house. And the shirts are superb quality. They know a thing or two about customer service: I went in there as scruffy as hell in dirty motorcycle gear and they still treated me like a king.
But yeah, your Thomas Pink, Charles Tyrwhitt and other upstarts can fuck right off.

But the Range Rover is for getting up mountains. It would get up those mountains far better than any Jeep or Japanese Off Roader, and in considerably more comfort. It is the best 4x4xFar after all. And the best looking.
