Chatting to people at pickup last night, it seems there is a strong preference to try and hold the party on Sat 4 June. So how about this:

We have the big party on 4 June. Any games not played by then can be played on that morning, before the party begins at, say, 1pm. Any games not played by then will be forfeits.
