So I managed to get some kind of London road crap in my eye on the way to work this morning, I can't see it but it is causing me all manner of pain, and I have failed to wash it out.
Any advice? Surely others have had similar misfortune.
(I've had something visible stuck lodge into my eyeball before whilst cycling and ended up in A&E with a nurse picking it out with a needle - something I would rather avoid)
A+E.
Now.

The ghost riding: http://www.flickr.com/photos/funny_cyclist/8635300299/sizes/l/in/set-72157633186859547/
That fella was a strong rider - he went back down Canonbie to get that bike. I was let down by my buddy on the morning and turned up on my own. In the end I rode around with the Canonbie Ghost and his gang, a lovely set of guys to ride it with. His pal without the bike in the picture is on here. If you're reading this , say hello.
Humm, going up four wheel drive, and with 36 odd gears at your disposal sounds like cheating to me, and I told him so as he crested the ridge at an astonishing speed.
(^^^^^Oh, and I thought I had got away with mimicking JAHtim's amazing headgear...)

For many, the start point of the Black Lion will be a new venue.
The Kilburn hillbillies will know many rich and interesting routes to the venue, but for the rest of us, head for either Marble Arch or Edgware Road tube by the Marylebone Flyover, and head north west on the A5.
Not the most appealing of routes, but a straight road, and no chance of getting lost (famous last words).
The pub is about 500 metres north of Kilburn High Road tube, on the right hand side of the road, and slightly further on than the Tricycle Theatre.
There is an outside seating area on the left of the pub, and railings facing the park, so I suggest we hook the bikes on the railings, parkside, so we can watch them, but not block access to the boozer.

^they're deda aerobars, random stem and bars - but the aerobars weren't shimmed properly, they would've moved if I put any weight on them. Possibly it would work with different shims and/or a wider clamping area on the bars.
Anyway, this is basically finished now. I'm going to get a Sugino 75 ring I think but it'll look pretty much the same, I decided not to go for a Zen.

Hummm, this calls for another Clowns Ride, when the orange ball returns to the sky above London...

Ok, I'll let her know that I'll be reporting it.
Is it possible to report the incident with nothing but her first name and mobile number?
Tread carefully before you report anything.
You have put on a public forum, a request for invoices that are not yours. Legal minds can give you more incisive advice, but this looks like attempted fraud to me.
If the driver/Police get wind of it, you could be looking at a whole bucketful of trouble and possibly career limiting consequences.
