No bother lads, was a pleasure to make the pub our own. I am surprised that Mr. Hoops junior is suggesting the picture was of him.
It is actaully his gradfather, Ernesto Carbonarra Hoops, shortly before himself and Captain Will Blighty Biggles got into their bi planes to duel with the Jerrys over Flanders Fields, that fateful day in 1914.

@woolif, easy lad. A number of newspapers and others have rued the day they accused Lance without having the evidence. Innocent 'till proven guilty is still the way.

@Roxy, really nice to meet you and so many other names from the forum. I am in picture 9803.
I will have my pictures on a memory stick for saaf drinks tomorrow night, if anyone brings their notebooks they can load up the goodies. Will also have a stonking shot from outside the pub to present to the manger. Corney, can you do the honours?
Wonderful, wonderful day. I cannot help smirking every time I think of it. And Dancing James; you is the man!

Saw two dubious youths wheeling a mountain bike around the pub yesterday evening. Next thing, they were coming again out of the alley on the left of the pub, as seen from the front, and seemed to be taking a lot of interest in the bikes chained up. Could be innocent curiosity, but when I went towards them they moved off sharpish. Keep 'em peeled, people.

Worrying news from Bike Radar, after the cycling star tested positive for cocaine last year
The 28-year-old escaped a sports sanction because the test was not held under the auspices of a sport body.
*But his team, Quick Step, were forced to pull him off their Tour de France squad after race organisers expressed concerns.*
*Can the Police do this to us as we leave a LFGSS event, and were his Human Rights compromised?
I think we need to know....
