***I always vote against EU legislation, believing that the governance of countries should be by their accountable and directly elected governments. It would therefore be inconsistent to sign a Written Declaration calling for further EU legislation. Please see the attached copy of my Personal Declaration that states the basis on which I hold my seat in the European Parliament.
I appreciate that you may be disappointed by my response but I hope you will appreciate that I am maintaining a consistent stance for those who elected me on the principles on which I stood.***
what a twat, he deserves a CotHO nomination..

okay, let me look into nets for practise, can i suggest we put a small fund together for kit or subs, i am happy to share my cricket stuff, but don't have a car for lugging gear. subs is good for hiring pitches, slush fund and getting food.. all essential for playing cricket :)
i organise alot of events throughout the year.. roller racing 09 july, fun run 14th may, touch rugby / sevens tournament 16th july and well as cycling trips throughout the summer. after tour of flanders 2/3 april i will have abit more spare time at weekends.. as for fixtures this should be a shared responsibility among three or four players not the captain.
i couldn't commit to that also as well as chasing players. we should plan for two fixtures initially and just twenty20 rules allowing for three hours play.
hope this sounds okay.

VB, yes i fully understand it now fanks, and will remember it for next trip to soho..
RLJ on clerkenwell road / theobalds road???? now that's just plain stupid, increase fine to £50 officer.
i generally head home or school along tavistock place / new cavendish street.. not always in bike lanes though, far too much cycle traffic :P

my kids endlessly rib me about CW.. asking why am i so absorbed by it at weekends esp after a long ride, completely ignoring them, when it is so boring (their words).. and shocked by the cost of stuff (also their words).. my missus does enjoy reading Dr Hutch though and keeps tabs on how much i spend each month.. and this week there was a rubbish article about domestic bliss which ran for about 3 pages. i read it as light entertainment.
no doubt all hobbies (essentially that is what a majority of cyclists do, including me) that involves abit a self indulgence will always create opinion and sometimes grief

my advice would be hire car stay somewhere nice, romantic and close to the action for a couple of days.. the route is pretty broken up, so you have alot of choice.
look at stage 13,14 and 15.. then you could take your girlfriend to venice and do the honours there 'c)
vicenza, treviso even in the dolomites all fab places to stay

morris men / dancing are a great tradition.. epic drinkers too, i like them, from may fair to havest time. our theatre company did a stage production of lark rise last summer which toured at minack cornwall and beautiful village in suffolk. keeping folk dance alive especially in the countryside adds real value to our society..

i occasionally keep wicket for the washington pub team, G&T and my old firm Sheppard Robson.. victoria park is a bit far for me..
for lords you may have the wear whites even for practice.. bookable by the hour..i have pads, keepers pads, bats, alas no gloves or keepers gloves etc.. plus kit bag too heavy to carry around town on a bike.
last time i looked outdoor nets at paddington rect
and possibly regents park, although these may have gone with the tennis courts :(should set up a middlesex vs surrey match at least
