Timbuk2 are known to be horrible bags, if you listen to anybody else but me. Mine has been going strong for 17+ years. Nothing has ever got wet in my bag, unless the fluid emanated from within, like the beer that exploded. ;)
Good, but maybe not the best rain-proofing, and does have a habit of sliding on the back. Mine needs repositioning every few minutes.
Fully agreed. Love my Timbuk2, but agree about the rainproofing - I've never got anything wet in there but I've never been in a proper torrential downpour.
Though I found the repositioning depends on how full the bag is - if it's empty I'm constantly adjusting the thing, but if it's reasonably full it sticks to my spinal column like a prison rapist.

I think BLB and 14's prices are the same (ie. mostly overpriced). I've had good and bad service in both BLB and 14...
BLB is for hipsters, 14 is for hardcore fixed hipsters trying to get out of the mainstream fixed hipsterism
I see that as the other way around tbh. 14s bikes generally look much more like a generic hipster nightmare than the often elegant and understated builds of BLB. Do 14 even sell non-deep-v rims?
Either way, when I went into BLB the staff treated me like a cunt, and when I went into 14 they were super cool. Result: I spent £1000 in 14. You pay your money and take your choice innit.

Take it like a man, stop being a little bitch!
Yeah, if the guy had just a little bit more Superstition in his soul, he might've already guessed that That's What Friends Are For. Lately, anyway.
Either way, you can't reach Higher Ground by being all Uptight - at least not on LFGSS - where we are Living For The City.
OK I'm out. That was exhausting.
EDIT - sonofabitch I've got one more.
That bike would've looked better if he'd stuck to a single colour scheme, something elegant and classic - Ebony and Ivory for example.
HA!

I kind of want one, god help me. The black one with silver bits looks just like my bike!
