A bit of a long shot, but I have to be up in East London (Whitechapel) tomorrow for drinks and want to see if I can watch Milan San Remo en route. Does anyone know if anywhere is showing it up that way? Ie a bar, a cafe, anywhere is better than watching it on my phone! Apparently Look mum no hands showed it in previous years but they have closed :(

The whole project is a good long-range warning of what will happen if Labour win a general election. Environmental and social commitments dropped in favour of big oil. Silvertown tunnel is an iconic example of saying one thing and doing another. Sadiq is overseeing the largest road building carbon bomb project in the country and at the same time puts out a book called 'Breathe: tackling the climate emergency'. You couldn't make it up.

I bought this on the forum last year: https://www.lfgss.com/conversations/371975/#comment16376355
It was for my wife but she hasn't got into riding it. It is a really nice little bike, small and fairly lightweight alu frame. Pic is on last year's thread as it hasn't really changed, we just cleaned it up a little and removed the mudguards. The front DR needs a service and adjustment, otherwise all seems fine. Perfectly rideable as is, now also has pedals + a choice of saddles.
Size range 4'11" - 5'3"
Specification :
Alu Frame, Carbon fork - 44 C-T/49 TT
Spesh triple crank
Tiagra 8 speed RD
Sora FD
Tektro brakes
Alex DA 16 rimsA bit of a bargain at the price we paid: £85
Collection only from SE10.

Lots of accumulated stuff here, I am finally getting around to slimming down the endless hoard of parts I never get around to using. Help me out.

This must be very rare, it allows you to create a compact front double setup for climbing. I'll hold this until the cranks sell as would be nice for someone to be able to buy both. - Campagnolo Pista chainring 49t 1/8, 151BCD: £35
- Campagnolo 50t + 34t compact 10s with bolts: £20
- Campagnolo 50t chainring (apparently for a 50/40 setup) 10s, brand new £15 each (I have 2)

In good used condition: £400Seatposts:
Campag aero 26.8, 160mm.
Lovely condition, has not been cut, they made them this short. Just 60mm from bottom of shaft to limit mark so you need to be fairly sure it will fit! £30Use Ultimate full carbon seat post 300mm 27.2. Very good overall condition, minor scratches from fitment. But clamp does not rotate (either that or I don't know how to get it to rotate!) It was set correctly for one bike so wasn't an issue.... Probably just needs a clean and service. Grab a bargain: £15
Everything is available to collect SE15 or SE10, also can be posted +£4 (+ any PP fees if applicable)
- Campagnolo 35t inner chainring for Triomphe/Victory double 6/7s (fits above): £40
Thanks @motman but she already has a cross bike, she doesn't particularly like riding it, she currently prefers mountain bikes.
