Anyone round Tulse hill had a silver mountain bike nicked (though it looked repainted)? I only ask because the kid was clearly struggling with the seat post (trying to lower it) when I walked past with my son. he was with another kid on a repainted apollo.

He was stopped shirtly after this by a WPC for riding down the pavement. She took his name/ id'd him, etc. I was tempted to pop over and mention about the seat but had to rush to get my son back for his dinner...

P.s. never buy a Phil n' ted's buggy. they wwegh a tonne and are as roadworthy as a Boardman on bricks
