Most stuff should be getting finished off this week, I've got a couple of days in lieu after running around like a mad person organising the RCC Road Race / Divs this weekend.
Fake Zipp bars are arriving for painting and drilling from @PhilDAS today, which basically completes the Canyon. Should finish painting the Pinnacle tomorrow and build 'er up, with a new saddle that fits a bit better.
Someone at my work is trying to flog their basically brand new Zipp 404s, so they'll go on the Genesis for a while for 'testing' purposes.
I've also just submitted my Bike 2 Work voucher information, so that's a Quark Powermeter, SRAM rings, a Silca frame pump and some other bits and pieces which should arrive towards the start of September...
We are slowly moving towards full bicycle completion*
*lol how long will that last

I would like to also clarify that @hoops did not paint the Sarto in question. If he did I would've tagged him because I live for forum beef.
Rough around the edges / cheap and cheerful is who I am. When someone is stupid enough to pay me the big bucks then I'll be Colourburns worst, most demanding customer.

Hydro dip was looking like ~250 so I ignored that option.
I printed a camouflage pattern on to A4 sticker paper, then cut out various shapes. Primed the fork in white, few shapes, then grey, a few shapes, then a silver sparkle vanish, a few more shapes and then black.
The actual spraying took about 2 hours. I still need to rub the fork down and varnish it, which won't happen for a week or two now. The fading was caused by the stickers popping up, especially on tight bends. If I had done the same thing with vinyl wrap it would look a lot better / apply more precisely, but I'm broke and impatient so stickers will have to do.
Quite impressed with the Spray.bike stuff. Wasn't available when I did my Supersix but it's pretty decent stuff.

So according to the cops, without the serial numbers of the parts to confirm they're my bits, they can't get a warrant and thus are closing the case 🙃
Obviously, all the parts listed so far don't have serial numbers, so bit of a dead end. Might give him a call and see if we can come to an arrangement.

Zipp 30s or Hope to Kinlin XR31?
Can't really decide which would be better
