Fortunately my chain was fine...got a bit greasy getting it back on though. Quite glad my first 'spot' was not of my massive fail...
No mate, deffo roadenger, was near Harbour Avenue, near chelsea harbour, just after railway bridge.
Bad luck though, I carry a spare chain link (but no chain tool), duh.

Massive chain FAIL a couple of yards in front of me, some poor roadenger looked like he hit an invisible wall of unmoveability, came a right cropper, SPDs failed and even heard him swear before he hit the deck. Was a decent enough looking bike/chainset, was going up an incline so must have put in just that little bit too much effort.
Err, if the 'roadenger' in question was on a blue bike with white saddle and drops, it was me (Singlespeed btw!). What a f*cking morning. Chain came right off going into the incline getting over Lambeth Bridge; no time to unclip so just pushed meself to the left to avoid any traffic on the right. Chain tension FAIL.

cheers Scott - I ordered a custom Wig bag but it just doesn't fit me - an expensive mistake so can't afford to make it again. (Anyone want to buy a Wig bagpack from me?) Didn't realise Rickshaw were a Timbuk 2 company...but strap padding looks decent so was tempted....I've modded my Bagaboo as best I can but it's not as good as I know one of your bags would be.... basically I'm looking for second best to what you produce! Will check out the new PACs though if I can - nothing beats seeing/trying in the flesh tho.

Okay, got a few bits and pieces for sale. Pick-up in and around City/Barbican area, mornings, lunch-times or evenings, or I can post for £2.
1 Vittoria Rubino Pro, 700x23, blue/black. Brand new, decided the blue tyre wouldn't have looked right on my bike. £10. Looks like this:
Shimano 105 headset, black. Also brand new, never fitted as when the frame was stripped down it turned out the fork was French-threaded. £13. Vinylpimp dibs
Shimano M545 pedals, used but great condition. Bought them off Clefty on this very forum, but decided I'm never going to use them with 'normal' shoes, and would like to give the Time ATACs a go. The photo is Clefty's but the pedals are the same ones! £20 El_Diablo dibs

I've got one, black alloy, 300mm long I think, cost me about 12 quid from the 'bay. Only used it for a week or so then got one that allows for more forward slope of the saddle. Yours for a fiver if you want it.
