Right, let's get this thing going again. Rules are:
Look at the last tag If you know where it is, or can find out... get yourself and your bike there Take photo of your bike at the location Go elsewhere and take a photo of your bike at another location Post both photos on here Tell people where the old tag was Don't tell people where the new tag is If needed (obviously non-obvious), offer obscure clues as to the new tag locationBike Tag Guidelines:
Old and new tags must have the same bicycle Old tag isn't taken until the new tag is posted (post them at the same time) Tags must be within the Oxford ring road (-ish) Tag locations must be freely accessible to the public No reflection porn No blank or near blank wallsOld tag was Farmoor Reservoir, a bit outside Oxford but cool location.

I'm actually loving the Kelper Galactic splatter paint job. It reminds me of the MTBs I would lust over in shop windows as a yoof in the early 90's.

Not really, I was a premium member for one year but let it lapse and never bothered renewing. There are plenty of caches out there that aren't "premium member only", certainly enough to keep me going.
I'm not sure what you get on the official geocaching app but independent ones like c:geo on Android are great to use and have enough features for all but the most anoraky of geocachers. -

Why is every tiny event these days called a "fest" or "festival"? A village pub puts 2 local singer/songwriters on under a gazebo in the beer garden and suddenly the Lamb pub in Brightwell has "Lambfest" or "Brightfest". I swear every village in this part of Oxfordshire has at least one, often two "festivals" every year. What ever happened to fairs and fetes?

Set my alarm early this morning expecting there to be hordes of cyclists lining up outside my local Aldi (I worked at a Go Outdoors for a few months and every weekend there would be a queue of people waiting for the store to open, weekly discount voucher in hand for whatever we had on offer) but decided I hadn't had enough sleep so hit the snooze button. I popped in this evening instead and managed to get a yellow winter jersey for commuting, some winter gloves and loads of the £2.99 and £3.99 socks. I was hoping for some merino clothing too but they only seemed to have L and XL left, even M may have been a bit big for me.
They didn't have any mascarpone so I went to Tesco afterwards.
