I worried about making conjecture as to whether RLJing had anything to do with it but I ride through this juncture daily and see many people doing so unsafely. Then again, I also see many people scooting up the inside where vehicles turning onto Cedars might not see them.

Passed by Cedars Road today; large cement lorry stopped just after the turn onto Cedars Rd from Clapham Common North Side and there were lots of police, fire trucks, etc. A small section of the pavement had been closed off with sheets. Does anyone know if a pedestrian or cyclist was involved? That's a busy intersection with lots of cyclists jumping the light out of Clapham Common.

This morning, going downhill on Latchmere Road just about to pass Amies Street on the left when I can see a scooter driver coming the other way. He slows, I'm heading into the junction, when suddenly his right indicator goes on and he slowly goes turns right, only feet away from me. Cue me yelling WTF? DON'T DO THAT! I see him pull up and can only imagine the dopey Whuut? coming from him. ARGH.
