if i understand your question correctly, i'd look at the work of alphonse mucha in terms of style. dude mighta been the first to truly turn posters into an art form. and i think he's still the best.

I try not to have any other interests apart from bikes for this very reason, Neil. The thought of venturing onto another forum and starting a thread for the first time is terrifying. Is yosser taking the piss? Or not? You may never know. The effort of finding out could kill you. For all you know he may be the kind of guy that stirs up trouble - a real bad man. Stranger Danger! i had a spell last spring of constant puncturing... and then they simply stopped. could just be shit luck. (and free tubes from hillbilly certainly helped ease the pain.)

not to stereotype/generalize an entire group of people, but the dislike of the hasids for cyclists in this neighborhood is sooo obvious. when you're riding around there the hasidic ladies will look you right in the eyes and then push their strollers out into your path. or if they're in their vans they seem to delight in cutting off a cyclist, or passing you with a half inch clearance. it's kinda ridiculous, i know people who have had wrecks as a result of this.
