well done, bargain in this day and age and no mistake
Yeah picked it up yesterday, really nice too. The question is, should I keep the wheels it has already on it, Mavic MA2s on Miche Primato hubs or put the navigator Pista wheels on it from my Dolan Pre-Cursa? (i'm going to sell the Dolan) I don't know whether to pillage the wheels first from it and put the Miche wheels on the Dolan to sell...

First up I have a Odyssey Elementary stem (see here for info http://www.odysseybmx.com/dailyword/archives/2008/04/v3_elementary_s.html) it's a V1 which works the same as the one linked but has fewer cutouts. It's got a few marks on it but is in perfect working condition otherwise. Obviously a 22.2 clamp £25
Small chopped red risers 25.4 clamp SOLD
Pro-Tec Bucky Lasec Skate/Bmx helmet (see here http://www.protechelmet.com/products.asp?cat=10) which is really nice because it has foam padding rather than hard polystyrene which means it gives a nice comfy fit and has a good deep shape. It's technically not a bike helmet but will save you noggin if you fall on it which is important. Worn just a handful of times and doesn't smell. You can remove the padding too and wash it if you want to. Size Large. £20
Cinelli drop bars with 63-38 stamped on them. £10
Red Vredstein foldable tyre (23c). Not in perfect condition (slightly worn and a few paint marks on it) so I will throw it in for free if you buy anything else of £5 if you dont.
Shadow plastic bmx pedals slightly work again £5 (won't work with clips or powerstaps but maybe someone wants them for their bmx)
Charge stem, 110mm 25.4 clamp, the logo isn't inverted, my macbook camera does that for some reason. Taken from a Plug racer. £10
All prices are posted. PM me or leave a post on here and I'll get back to with details of my paypal.
Thanks

I searched and couldn't find any advice on this so here we go. I'm after a decent quality video camera for around £300 notes. I know literally nothing about them but as a bmxer I wouldn't mind trying to make some edits over the summer of some friends for fun. I'm not looking for anything perfect but just a good starter camera, does anyone have any advice as to what I should get (or does anyone have one they are selling?)?

yeah it's near to where the mounds of sand are in the google pic. It's pretty fcking steep but that makes it ace. If anyone ever rode the small spine 'inliner' section at epic which had two quarters and a small (around 5ft) spine and was really tight then the transition on that bowl is the same as those ramps. It's smaller and tighter than epic's old bowl. It's probably too tight for a fixed gear if anyone was intending to ride it on theirs but might be worth a go. The park at kings norton isn't far either but that is pretty crap and slippery unless it's perfectly dry.

it's in the park near just off allens croft rd in kings heath. As you go down it there's a school on the left with a small turning on the lhs. go down that and you can park there and it's across the grass of the field. Google map it, it's loads steeper than it looks in that photo but pretty rad and watch out for the ghetto kids round that way

have a look at one of these

It's a 24" bmx cruiser, but built like a sized up bmx so it's just as easy for tricks (apparently).
read all about it here http://bmx.transworld.net/2009/03/06/jim-cielencki-24-bike-check/I don't know if they're available in the uk yet haha. On a related not apparently there is a new train line opening from Birmingham to Corby where there is an ACE skatepark with foam pit, resi jump box and resi vert ramp, so if you're scared of falling off you could always go there :) http://www.adrenalinealley.co.uk/

Cheers,
Will go the half link route (if I can find a shop that will post to France for less than twice the price of the item!).
Going to get my tyres sorted once I find out what the french for anti puncture tape is....
I think i'll keep the stem for now. Need to ride it before making any more purchases...
here's a 3/32 half link for £2.99 in the uk http://www.sjscycles.co.uk/product-Unbranded-Chain-Half-Link-3-32-Inch--Each-6982.htm hope it helps. Running a 1/8 half link would mean you'd have to stretch the 3/32 chain out to accomodate it which I can imagine isn't fantastic, though I have done it myself :p

sweet, just one question, how long is it?
