http://gpxhyperlapse.com is handy for getting the feel of a route too.
Could be more useful with a bit of work. For example, if it took a streetview image shortly after every waypointed junction you could check you haven't routed yourself on any big roads.

glad (most) enjoyed it! sorry to hear you punctured @andyp, there were a few brambles that we tried to clear out as best as possible, but a few stragglers probably remained.
we did intend to put a few corners in before that bank to string things out a bit, but ran out of time and stakes, so it was a wee bit shorter than intended.

I've gone for the Campag look alike. Think they're the A171.
You might live to regret those brakes when it gets muddier. I had to run them really close to the rim and even then had little modulation. You might find that with the lever quick release enabled you don't hit the rim at all. After trying out more expensive brakes (Avid Ultimate, TRP revox), all things considered (setup, mud clearance, price, weight) I still think the wide Tektros are the best.
