  Paint has been stripped (with nitromors) so it'll either need a respray or you could use it as a (very nice) rat bike. A little surface rust but certainly nothing structural. Been crashed (hence the change of forks) but no cracks (why I stripped the paint), bends or dents. Currently has Bianchi Pista forks, if you want to replace the forks it needs 1" threadless.

After either an SLR or a Flite in not great condition (and thus cheap) to strip. Also need a short quill stem, looking for 80mm or less for a 'bar diameter of 26.0mm.

Ready for winter! new tyres, gearing and bars.

Work in progress. Thought it was too small but I think, maybe with some layback it'll be okay. Thomson post then (slowly) replace the drivetrain.

I give up on older saddles.

I have a standard Regal with copper rivets, a few scuffs but no tears and a Giraldi special edition (a slightly different shape to the standard Regal I think, more padding) with silver rivets. This is missing a rivet but no problems other than that. I'd get photos but my digital camera's memory card has died, there should be a new one arriving in the post tomorrow.

I would like a flite or SLR, any condition considered: I could always strip them. I am based in Nottingham but will be London next weekend so could meet then.

Also after a 2 inline seatposts, both 27.2mm diameter.

After a new seatpost, I need at least 21cm from the rails to minimum insertion. Inline please. 27.2mm. Will have to be posted.

Does anyone have any experience with replacing a rivet on a Regal? One of mine fell out somewhere, somehow, in the rain yesterday.

anyone know if these are available anywhere on the internet? i've broken one and replaced them with a locknut from a spare wheel, I'd like to know a proper source though.

if you split the 3ttt pistas let me know. I am after the bars but will need a shorter stem.

yup, I guess so. Just odd that it's happened on two pairs on pedals both within a few months use.

Change of cleats and still some play, only in the left pedal though. Tried two pairs of pedals and the play is still there in both. Maybe this is because I predominantly skid with my left foot forward, pulling up on the pedal.

Anyone had many problems with speedy cleat wear? I know Time are meant to wear quicker than SPDs but mine were unclipping whilst resisting after a few months of use.

Pair of tubular wheels fitted with tyres (rear Continental Sprinter 250, front Vittoria Formula 1).

Front is Mavic GP4 rim with an Campagnolo road hub and the rear is a Ambrosio Durex rim with a Miche Primato hub (complete with 18T sprocket, but no lockring).

Be good as a spare/emergency wheelset I'd imagine.

I'm gearing down after complaints from my knees. Ideally after a 20t cog, but 19t would be OK too. Surly would be great to match my fast smaller cog on the other side.

Also looking around for a negative rise stem, not wanting to spend a great deal of money so it may be that I'm going to struggle to find anything, I can't find anyone that makes one of these new other than Nitto. 25.4mm clamp size and 80-100mm in length would be ideal.

Interested in those too, though it doesn't look like the thread will extend far enough for me.

After some drilled forks; need a reasonably short steerer with the threading starting around 16.5cm down to around 14cm, though I could shorten the steerer I'd rather not go to the trouble of cutting new threads.

Rear is a Miche, front is a road hub (not sure on manufacturer). Seems like we may have a buyer for the frame and bits now.
