I have a pair of carbon soled mountain bike shoes which rattle against my pedals. There's a fair amount of noticeable play at the bottom of the pedal stroke. Anything I can do? Brand new cleats and I've tightened the spring tension in the pedals as far as it'll go.

I don't have experience outside of Bristol, or with Lifecycle, so all I can add is that South Gloucestershire Council do pay 30 minutes of travel either side of your working hours, so I suspect they work out fairly similar, at least initially.

Yetis are great. A small SUV that isn't for cunts. The seats pull out on mine. I'm 185cm and can sleep in the back okay.

Small enough for narrow lanes, big enough to fit a few bikes in, fast enough for motorways and reasonably efficient for a 4x4 shaped like a brick.

Same here, toughest tyre also suitable for racing I've used. Can't say the same for Vittoria's mountain bike tyres though.

Good deal, Condor have the wets at £30 each if anyone is looking at stocking up. Could stick one of those on the front if you find the mixes are washing out when it gets muddier.

I'm running the Terreno wets all season this year. Been using the Vittoria tyres for a few seasons now and I don't think I've written one off yet.

On the Intuvia it's just a allen bolt which goes through the mount and into a slot on the head unit itself. With a bit of know how and time it would only take 60 seconds to remove, so no good if bikes are left outside for extended periods.

We've had a head unit stolen off a UA in Bristol. Most of the removable units can be secured with a bolt through the back.

It looks straight, but does seem to be exhibiting the same kind of symptoms that a dinged rim would present.

I've left in horizontal for 24 hours and it seems to have sealed up now, we'll see if it stays that way when riding.
