Just went for a test drive with lpg ... & the hoods are too far forward and too low
Your bike looks lovely Buddha!
My road bike with Cinelli 65s had the levers positioned as shown, when built.
They were later moved up about half an inch to make riding on the hoods more comfortable.You should probably reposition your levers and tilt the bars up slightly.

yeah great night.
highlight of the night was track divisions fancy dress at the after party. definite away win. the home team were outplayed.

They're called track ends by anyone with a clue.
Zeus called them Fork Ends
SunTour also said Fork Ends
Shimano calls them Fork Ends
Campagnolo once called them Track Dropouts, but now uses Track Ends
