I thought for a second you were going to point us towards this little beauty.

I just received the Milwaukee hoodie - great fit! Fast delivery from the Swrve online store in LA too.
I also have the cotton cycle "knickers" which fit perfectly. I got these from Mosquito Bikes on Essex Road (N1) - the only shop to stock Swrve merch (alongside Brick Lane Cycles).
Brixton Cycles have some stuff too. Not much, from what I can tell, but I think I saw some base layers, the jeans, and the Milwaukee hoodie.

Two chaps encountering a taxi driver on Theobald's Road at about 6.15, one with a Dolan frame strapped to his back, the other carry two sets of forks.
I seem to be doing a lot of spotting lately. Probably because I'm not back on the bike yet, so am standing around at bus stops feeling jealous. Twitch twitch twitch.

I just noticed TFL have a competition for photos of cycling in London. Just thought I'd mention it in case anyone's interested - I'd love it if the winner was a fixed rider, rather than a pretty girl on a Pashley, or someone in a flourescent jacket.

i recently got a black Montane H20 featherlite. weighs 42gm, packs down into a little bag, 100% waterproof, on sale at chainreaction £35. money well spent! :)

Just remembered I've got one of them too. The fact that I'd forgotten tells you how frequently I've used it.

No no no - get the Swrve Milwaukee hoodie! This thread tells you all you need to know: http://www.londonfgss.com/thread7644.html
I have one, and I'm actively looking forward to the weather getting all crap, so that I can wear it.

Emilia get well soon
sorry to hear about your crash
good going though hitting a lamppost
how did you manage that !Well, the bike hit the lamp post. I hit the road and the kerb. Though there must have been a few other impacts I didn't notice at the time. I have bruises in the strangest places.
the good news
is that now you get to plan your beautiful new bike...;)
Like what colour
Whether it going to be English or Japanese or Italian
What wheels & what group
whether it going to be a hipster or vintage
or a modern urban commute
Rest up and get on velospace
and start dreaming
But you're right - onwards and upwards. (I'm thinking Mercian Professional, emerald green flamboyant, maybe a Surly chainring (for old times' sake), Phil Wood high flange hubs...) -
currently going through the same greaving process, taxi pulled out on me last week. Killed my Bob jackson, I'd waited 10 month for it to be delivered, then id only done 200 miles on it before it got wrecked. No matter how much someone say's 'it could have been worse' it doesn't help.
But hey, it could have been worse.I know, I know, but I'm struggling to imagine how. I'd had the bike for 14 months - just enough time to do a few 1000 miles, have some adventures, and totally fall in love with it. I'd started to make all sorts of plans for the future - I'd just put a rack on it, and was going to promote it to being my long-distance inter-city bike (I've just picked up a boring bog-standard Condor, which will now become my rebound bike), and eventually ride across America on it. And then some. And it rode like a dream - I smiled every time I got on it, and used to glance at it sitting in the corner of my room, and feel all smug that it was mine.
I'd almost rather have broken a few bones. Bones heal - frames don't.

No one's fault but my own - I took a corner too fast on my way into Richmond Park, skidded in the rain, and went straight into a lamp post. I'm fine (cuts and bruises), but my beautiful beautiful Surly has a buckled frame, and will in all likelihood never be ridden again. I am grieving like never before. Bad break-ups have nothing on this. I still can't bring myself to inspect or photograph the damage. :-(
This is it in its former glory...

What sort of time? (I really really shouldn't leave my dissertation, but am tempted...)
There's a nice (slightly longer) circuit involving the Woolwich ferry and Canary Wharf if anyone's interested, but the ferry stops at 8, so this might be best saved for another day...
