My regular porridge, normally consumed before work or pre ride, as it normally fuels me for longest
Scott's Porage Old Fashioned Porridge Oats
Pinch of salt
Oat milk
Golden syrup (anything as long as it's not Tate & Lyle, as they're cunts)
Sometimes a bit of butter
Topped with berries, bananas, raisins or whatever is available
Normally I would microwave it, as I can make coffee while it's preparing, but tastes better prepared in a saucepan. -

Given up on Panaracer GravelKing slicks, I tried both regular and plus versions, they cut up and puncture too easily. The ride feel was a bit shady too - cornering was wobbly and losing grip on all surfaces. After few months of struggle, plugging tyres almost every ride and the final one was where I couldn't even inflate it mid ride. However I still have GravelKing SK+ (the knobbly ones) and they've been good to me.
Switched to Pirelli Cinturato Gravel H a couple of weeks ago - managed to sit them the first time with a pump and they stay inflated for long time. No punctures yet. Fingers crossed. So far, so good.

I haven't "trained" for a while, as in doing specific workouts aimed to improve certain areas. At the moment I just ride for pleasure, sometimes I feel like going hard, but not very often. It's just lack of motivation at the moment - I don't know what I'm training for and prefer to spend time with my family.
I used to train because I like racing and when racing I want to win.
