i have a one you might be interested in, 165mm steerer of which 55mm is threaded so perfect as the threaded part starts at 115mm, you just need to chop a little bit on the top to fit.
reynolds tubing, sloping crown, yellow and the make is Sirius.
£30 collected from north london.

it comes complete with new-ish tyre and tube, 15t fixed cog and lockring.
