This is my first build (making my brother go fixed), it's currently the illegitimate offspring of an old rayleIgh and my shit ebay road bike that I rode to destruction in a few months two years ago.
Had a problem with the rear wheel slipping but my dad was able to construct a chain tug from some odds and ends and a fat welding kit and now thats fixed it's finally roadworthy. I think its come out pretty good.
yet to decide on the finishing touches but we're thinking of painting it blue with yellow lugs, matching the front wheel to the back (this will hopefully be my first wheel build) and getting chromey stem and handlebars. Maybe yellow grips/seat/tyres/cable we'll cross that bridge when we can be fucked really.
Just wanted to thank all you for the times i utfs and found exactly what I need. Turns out the trustly rubber mallet and some htfu is the solution in almost every case.

I'm looking for some cranks preferably with chainring (circa 48t-50t, to fit 1/8 chain), very preferably cheap as chips.
I also thought i'd ask if anyone has a spare Shimano SM-SH10 SPD-SL cleat (ie the red ones) or two lying around.
I just need one, but will buy a pair if its going.I can pick up around east or central london this later this week, or i'm happy to pay for postage.
