Radio silence. Is this too vague a post then?

I urgently need to replace a bent chainring (stock fuji track 08) and possibly cranks, but I have no real idea of what to spend and what kit to look for. Any advice on a decent set for first upgrade? Doesn't have to look great as long as it comes in black and ideally a 48 to replace the current one.

Would appreciate advice on what to look for and what questions I should be asking. I suppose strength is more important to me than weight, if that helps.

It would also totally help if I could get it from BLB or cavendish as I need to pick it up this weekend before the bike falls apart.

After jumping around on my back wheel, I loosened my spokes up bad enough to drop my london calling spokecard, rode all the way home, realised it was missing when I got home, rode back to the carpark and found it, put it in my pocket, rode home, realised I'd lost it again! So annoyed. Ah well, good night anyway. Will stay longer next week fo' sho'.

Just bent it back in to shape with pliers. If I lose a tooth (oral or chainring based) on tonight's ride, you'll know why.

I bent my chainring trying to stall one of those rubber benches, might have bent my forks trying to wallride and did an impromptu one foot endo when following a little too close behind you. And told off by a rozzer for doing wheelies along the riverside. Happy days.

Still had a good time. Hit my forks pretty hard and bent my chainring to destruction, but great to be on a bike, in the sun. Same time next week, regardless of weather. We forgot to play with the gravel skid path behind the tate!
