Is there any problems in having a road rim rebuilt with a track hub, specifically rear?

As I understand, the deep sections like velocity and H+sons aren't actually what you'd call racing calibre?

What balance do you recommend between aero, weight, strength and rigidity? (And if I'm honest, aesthetics to some extent too).
