So here is the blurb from the Rolla & Grupetto forums, for those of you that don't frequent them too often. Thought it might also be a good chance for LFGSS'ers to come and watch some more relaxed track racing, as there dont seem to be any forum track days planned for this season.

Racing is for club memebers only, but all are welcome to come and spectate.

The 2011 inter-club championships between C.S. Grupetto, and Rollapaluza CC will take place on 13 August at 2:00 (as long as the re-surfacing doesn't put a halt to proceedings). Get the date in you diaries!

Format for the day will be pretty simmilar to last year, with all the normal scratch, points, and devils etc, but also with some sprints, and team pursuits thrown in for good measure.

No race license is required, and obviously no BC points will be on offer. This showdown is purely for boosting peoples egos, and bragging rights at the pub. It would also be a great oppertunity for club memebers who don't ride at the track too often to have a stab at some racing in a freindly enviroment.

Last years event was great fun, we had a great turn out of both racers and spectators, from both clubs, so lets see if we can do the same again this year.

More details and a programme of racing will follow shortly.

Keeping the front for now. I'm going to build an orient express wheel Like Dov's for the back.... unless someone makes an offer I cant refuse for it, of course.

Tired of having two sets of wheels. Just want one set for training and racing. and the disk is a bit excessive for training purposes.. Will be selling my Ellipses soon too.
