^ love those Biggin Hill lanes.
Went out on a nice relaxed loop out to Windsor and back with the Grupetto today.
Some sketchy ice patches here and there... Wiesia took a little tumble on a slippery corner, but that was the only one thankfully.Great ride, with great company. What a day for it... You were missed, Scarlett.
Was good to see all the Grupetto boys rocking thier new kit.... we looked like a pro team... Or not. -

Hi matee.
ill supply you set easy..
http://www.lfgss.com/thread49556.htmlI use both 30 and 40mm for both indoor and outdoor track leagues. If youre a new trackie you need to cut your teeth on standard stuff to start with then splash out on better wheels. At track league level you want feel any advantage over tyre and rim depth selection apart from windy days when 40s can get a bit sketchy and you will end up getting shouted at by the bunch for being all over the place...I would go for 30mm DP18, radial front, Novatec hubs...(ive supplied stacks of these to trackies all over the UK and have had em tested by some serious sprinters who have not bent any yet.... Sorted. V
Ha! that's awesome.
I think you got the wrong sub-forum man! -
